The dates I created this moleskine are kind of a blur, I know it was started sometime around 2003. It’s also the mole I cut apart to figure out how it was sewn. There is a lot of text, but a lot of color. The Sketchbook moleskine is still favorite.

This is great: Mark Cossey, a graphic designer from the UK recorded a video of an experiment he conducted to see whether it’s faster to add a calender entry to an iPhone or a Moleskine. I’ve always known that Moleskines are much faster than any electronic application out there, so this was very affirming to me.

Over at Wise Craft is a new Moleskine tutorial on how to cover your Moleskine in a fabric of your choice. It’s really fun and adds a nice little personal touch to your beloved Moleskine. I found a few tutorials of the kind but this was the best.

It’s annoying to always put pens into your Pocket along with your Moleskine. Clipping it to the Moleskine doesnt work reliably either. David Numan posted an Howto to create a stylish Moleskine Pen Holder with Tape, Scissors, and paper from a bag of oat flakes. Link:
